Abstract:
Discovery, research, scientific research and Development is detected by the Author as the forth dimension or the forth sector of development or the quaternary sector of development. It is the basic of development, evolution, science, and technology. The survey has last 17 years.
Used methods are patternization in each sector. Scientists and/or technologists, who carry discovery, handle research and development, have been detected throughout the three sectors. The Author has done work and study in the three sectors: primary, secondary, and tertiary sector.
To conclude, research and development could not classified in one of the sector. Therefore, It is one of the forth sector or should be the forth sector.
