History of SEEMC, the Creator and Owner

Toky Mahandry Rajaonarisoa is the first male child from his father and mother. He has gotten 2 children. He is an engineer in Industrial Engineering and has a Master in Agronomy Management, both from the University of Antananarivo. He trained Non Destructive Testing at the URCA in France. Since his childhood he has invented and conceived differents products including goods and services. He has written different books including Biochemistry, Biosciences, Bioengineering, Life sciences, Biology, Safety, Human Resources, Security, Justice, Expertise, engineering, Environment, Health Sciences, Medicine, Anatomy, Physiology, Agriculture,and others. He has contributed to International safety and security.
He is a former President of the British and American Club.
He is a corespondent writer of many Universities, laboratories, and Academies worldwide.

He values hard-working and like having fun with human resources.
He likes reading books, watch scientific discoveries, and playing sports, going to the countryside.
He hates lies and thieves but he understands poverty. He is a believer in God; pray in God; values Gods. He also understand other cultures if it does not bother family life and/or social life.
He knows most of weapons and military vehicles worldwide through technology, sciences, engineering  vehicles but he is a peace maker.
He values family life, friendship, fellowship; but he also helps stranger or unknow human according to situation.
