Prior as an individual company since its creation in 2010 (by corresponding with authorities, universities, and laboratories), and legally in 2018 as the name SEEMC was given on that date, and according to background of its human resource like integrity, diploma, experiences, and achievements, many worldwide Governments allow or/and have allowed SEEMC to work on different crafts as SEEMC has not made an economical bad impacts. These crafts include real estate, infrastructure, biotechnology, finance, engineering, management, agriculture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics, mining, industry, and many others.

By the production of knowledge, innovative services, and/or innovative products including goods in different fields of Technology and Sciences, SEEMC has contributed to enormous added values of US Dollar 100 000 000 000 in total to the following countries: United States, Canada, Russia, Japan, France, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, China, South Korea, Madagascar, South Africa, Algeria, Switzerland, Romania, Australia, Great Britain, Latina America, Central America, and many others. These act shows and demonstrate the importance of SEEMC in each country and internationally.

Actually SEEMC is recruiting its human resource in order to install offices in many countries worldwide. The recruitment of its human resources should be made carefully in order to maintain these visions and values of SEEMC, and its human resources must not interfere in the work of the Creator of SEEMC, Toky Mahandry Rajaonarisoa, in order to achieve other international, national, or/and regional development(s); instead, its Human Resources will focus on more precise objectives or/and crafts.
